3:03 min

HEX
Experimental, Turkey, 2018
Visual Designer: Ethem Cem

Audio Designer: Mert Gençer
2:55 min

Hex is an augmented structure which bounds different mediums such as, projection mapping and 3D printing together. It takes inspiration from a visual style which also showed itself in architecture, visual arts and design, Art Deco. Art Deco, has appeared in the early 1920’s. It includes radial patterns with sunlight as a symbol of the light of the drowning era, and geometry as a symbol of the machinery and technology. Hex embraces Art Deco’s relative simplicity, planarity, symmetry and unvaried repetition elements and combines them on a machine made object with projection mapping technology.
By combining these elements Hex aims to give audience an audiovisual experiment in the atmosphere of Art Deco.

Experimetnal, France, 2017
Director: Donnet Victoria

4:00 min

PARIS-SAINT-LAZARE-STATION, APRIL 10, 2017, 12h03-12h07
Experimental, France, 2018
Director: Córdoba Pablo-Martín

4:26 min

Starting from a footage recorded in a busy urban environment, still frames are extracted and regularly overlaid into the video. The resulting hybrid image merges people’s positions according to different temporalities: each passer-by leaves the trace of his path as he joins the static silhouettes already left by the others. These improbable meetings materialize a timeless structure that progressively fills-up the available space: the image is transformed, denatured, and tends towards abstraction. Thus sculpted by time, the produced forms reveal the dialogue between humans and the architecture that channels their movement.

LANDSCAPE OF ABSENCE
Experimental, Germany, 2017
Directors: Looser Verena, Weissenborn Melina

10:02 min

Not only officer Ellen Ripley, Princess Leia Organa and police chief Marge Gunderson notice a strange emptiness. Across different genres and eras of Western film history, female protagonists from 70 well-known movies set out in search of each other.

OCEANS
Experimental, France, 2018
Director: Tran Ba Vang Nicole

6:44 min

A scream of raven, a woman plunges. Underwater algae colonized the walls. Unexpected and improbable graffiti indicate a possible human existence. In this layer of algae and greenish vegetable cluster, the word OCEANS, gives the title of this video. The spectator is surprised by a sensation of suffocation and oppression. At one and the same time an allegory of the human condition enjoining us to leave the frame and the anxiety of a possible future where the man would finish destroying his own natural resources.

NOT MY TYPE
