Alice’s body is sick and she still perceives the time, the road, the wind and the sea. Life memories and a childhood’s song fill the dusk. In everything, the impermanence of all things remains.
Bárbara Cariry is graduated in cinematography at the University of Fortaleza and works as a director, executive producer and curator. She has a master's degree in curatorial studies from Portugal's Coimbra University. During the last ten years, she has been coordinating and directing the Other Cinemas Exhibition. She is the director and screenwriter of the following movies: Summer (2009), The Silence of the Worls (2010) and the Song of Alice (2017). The Silence of the World took part in more than 15 festivals including Brazilian Cinema Festival in Brasilia.
