Ève-Chems de Brouwer is an actress, a stage director and movie director. She appeared among others in the series Reporters (Canal +) and Les Invincibles (Arte). In 2010, she wrote and directed Le Gène de l’Amour Fou at the Théâtre 71. Montreal, her first short film, was selected at Lille International Short Film Festival and was in Brest European Short Film Festival’s national competition in the fall of 2019. Afloat is her second short film. She is currently writing her first feature film.
