CATARACT

Nicky is an excentric and outcast woman. She decides to put an end to her life after loosing her last allowances, and decides to entrust her dog Izy to her neighboor. But as the neighboor changes her mind and turns the dog back, a run around the clock begins for Nicky who is about to overdose… Her last hope resides in Jacques, a social services employee doing his firstcontrol at Nicky’s appartment

Laetitia studied cinematography at Whistling Woods International, in Mumbai. She then worked in the movie industry in India and came back to Europe to pursue her studies in cinematography at the INSAS film school in Bruxelles, graduated in 2015. She started working as a camera assistant on feature films in Belgium and France. She is now working as a cinematographer mostly in Paris, working on numerous short films and documentaries. She just shot her first feature film as a DP this summer.

Faustine Crespy is a director and screenwriter trained at the National Institute of Performing Arts (INSAS) in Brussels. In 2017 her end-of-studies short film, Le Patin, is selected in many international festivals, where it receives several directing awards. Today she works as a director and screenwriter on various fiction projects and also collaborates as assistant director, Director of Photography and script doctor for film and theatre. She is writing her first feature film.
